Intel has acquired Replay Technologies, an Israeli sports marketing startup, for $175 million. Replay Technologies has developed a unique 3D video reconstruction technology that allows viewers to see real-life scenes through immersive camera views from multiple angles. The result is a deeply engaging video experience that allows viewers to see never-before-seen perspectives of live scenes. The technology was recently used at NBA All-Star Weekend, enabling fans to get a 360 degree views of key plays.
